For more than three decades, Hellen Davis has been an entrepreneur and business executive. She has taken on a myriad of executive roles in corporate and public sector and is passionate about corporate culture, employee motivation, performance management, best practises in building teams and leadership practises. As CEO of Indaba Global she worked with executives and leaders from dozens of Fortune 100 corporations and tech startups, as well as leadership in the largest agencies in the public sector. She has extensive knowledge of accountability and executing strategic goals, as well as influencing strategies, strategic planning, behaviour modification processes, sales and performance management expertise and negotiation tactics. Hellen has written many books, including the best seller The 21 Laws of Influence. She says that her latest book, Noble Intent, co-authored by Fran Landolf, is her favourite. Hellen resides in St. Petersburg Florida but travels extensively all over the world.
Colleen leads the Alvaria Global Marketing Team and the development of leading-edge marketing and communication programs. Colleen has more than 15 years of experience across a variety of responsibilities in the contact centre industry. Her experience gives her a unique perspective and the unconventional thinking necessary to deliver on the Alvaria Customer First vision. Colleen is passionate about making a positive impact, be it brainstorming innovative solutions, leading benchmarking and transformation workshops, spearheading Women In Technology (WIT) Initiatives or simply cultivating sincere relationships with employees and customers.
