MDF in Action: Communiki.me Event in Bogota, Colombia
On March 9th, we had the pleasure of celebrating the launch of Comuniki.me in Colombia with a special event at Storia D’Amore restaurant in Bogota. Paschoalotto, a leading Brazilian company in debt collection and customer service, shared their best practices for achieving exceptional customer service experiences. We also had a panel discussion about effective customer complaint management, personalized customer experiences and customer retention.
