Global Technical Support: 2023 Improvements

In our October 2022 Support Customer Experience Survey, we heard from respondents that we should continue investing in engineer training and education, improve personalization, provide faster responses and give more frequent and detailed case updates.

To address this feedback, we’ve identified four initiatives: a collaborative support model, employee development and engagement, certification and training, and acceleration of automation. As of today, we’ve introduced automated case routing and are seeing faster initial response times. We’ve also implemented the first phase of our collaborative support model to reduce case transfers and increase knowledge transfer across the team.
