Customer Experience Industry Veteran, Jeff Cotten Named New Chief Executive Officer

We are pleased to introduce our new Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Cotten.

Jeff is a culture-driven and customer-focused executive leader with more than two decades of high delivery results in the information technology sector. He has led transformations and growth at large enterprise companies in addition to incubating multiple new businesses to $100M+ revenue. He is highly effective in building and leading teams with deep operational experience in market strategy, building go-to-market teams and models for growth acceleration and driving enterprise-wide operational excellence.

Most recently, Jeff was Chief Executive Officer at Tenfold, a VC backed startup. Prior to Tenfold Jeff spent 10 years at Rackspace where he held many different positions including building their first enterprise sales team, running international operations while living in Europe and interim CEO and President.

Just Released: Alvaria Prophecy 22

Alvaria Prophecy 22 is now generally available for on-premises deployments. This release has features that will support the upcoming integration between Alvaria CXP/Alvaria Prophecy and Alvaria CX Suite. This integration will be available once Alvaria CXP 22 is available – targeted for release in August 2022. Alvaria Prophecy 22, Alvaria CXP 22, and Alvaria CX Suite 22.1 will all be required for customers who want an integration between Alvaria CXP/Alvaria Prophecy and Alvaria CX Suite. This integration will allow customers to use Alvaria CXP/Alvaria Prophecy as the IVR/self-service solution for Alvaria CX Suite. This means that customers will be able to use Alvaria CXP/Alvaria Prophecy to build AI-powered voicebots with the ability to transfer callers to live Alvaria CX Suite agents based on the voicebot’s analysis of the call.
