A serif typeface with contemporary sensibilities, RB Stakkat uniquely connects at the intersection of traditional and modern. RB Stakkat Light is our primary font for headlines, titles, and display typography.

A workhorse typeface that uniquely balances technology and approachability. We use RB Neue Rational in various weights for all typography of which the purpose is technical or informational.

Web Spacing

In addition to font size, letting and leading, spacing between elements is important to properly set typography. Use the guides below to inform minumum spacing between elements. While there is no set maximum spacing between elements, increasing the spacing should be done with a specific intention. Generally, the spacing shown below is a great place to start.

Non-Web Typography

Typographic usage in non-web applications is not as prescriptive as in web application. But it is still important to use each typographic tool properly. Generally, eyebrows, headlines, and paragraph copy should be proportionately similar between web and non-web layouts.

Eyebrow and Paragraph

There are no precisely prescribed font sizes for non-web typography. However, in letter-size or A4 layouts, eyebrow and paragraph typography should almost always follow the sizing guidance below. Headlines, sub-headlines, and ancillary text such as quotations can be sized more fluidly, but should generally be sized in similar proportion to web typography.

Cross-System Typography

Arial

We use Arial for all typography that must be live and editable across multiple systems, such as Powerpoint presentations or Word documents. Arial is not to be used for any brand communication when the brand fonts are available.
