The Alvaria Channel Partner Programme is designed to enable workforce engagement and contact management opportunities through the deployment of the Alvaria best-of-breed portfolio for both premise and cloud. Mutual investment is a key tenet of our programme philosophy with our channel partners. We invest in our partners by offering a broad range of business opportunities, and in conjunction maintain clear and concise commitments to facilitate continued growth.

  • Partner Enablement and Support: When you become an Alvaria partner you gain access, at no charge, to Alvaria lab and demo environments on select products, virtual and in-person training; mentoring programmes; clear engagement guidelines; and an assigned channel manager for select partners.   • Sales and Business Development: Competitive programme discounts and services; opportunity registration programme; salesforce.com license for forecasting; access to online Channel Partner Community (CPC) and RFP resources; use of Alvaria facilities for customer activities (following CDC guidelines and Alvaria HR policies)

Alvaria Technical Alliance Programme

Alvaria works with specialised technology vendors to add value for our mutual customers. To join this programme, you must demonstrate a commitment to quality, financial strength, superior management and excellent customer support. All partner product integrations undergo a stringent interoperability verification process conducted by Alvaria to ensure an optimal user experience.

Steps for joining the Alvaria Technical Alliance Partner programme:

  • Submit a new partner application. A representative from Alvaria's Technology Partner office will reach out to discuss the partnership opportunity
  • Sign the Alliance Programme Agreement. Alvaria works with you to ensure timely and correct completion of all documents
  • Contribute annual programme fees. These fees help to provide the marketing and technical support needed to create the best programme value
  • Complete verification testing. Members must complete the verification process certifying that their products work appropriately with Alvaria technology
  • Maintain verification on new releases. Partners must demonstrate that new versions of their products maintain interoperability with Alvaria solutions within 90 days of each release
  • Assign business and technical contacts. Partners are asked to designate a business contact and a technical contact for communications with Alvaria
