Jeff most recently joins us from a VC backed startup in our space called Tenfold. Tenfold was an integration platform for contact center technologies that primarily integrated voice platforms with CRMs to deliver the most relevant data to a contact center agent dynamically and in real-time during an interaction with a customer. Jeff was able to drive significant growth at Tenfold and create a product that was highly desired by many customers and competitors in our space. Last October, LivePerson acquired Tenfold and now after a successful transition, Jeff is ready to join our mission. Prior to Tenfold Jeff spent 10 years at Rackspace where he held many different positions from building Rackspace's first Enterprise sales team to running International while living in Europe to interim CEO and President.

Sweety is responsible for Global Human Resources at Alvaria where she started her journey in January 2020. Sweety brings 18+ years of experience as a human capital management leader. Her focus is on partnering with the business across the employment lifecycle with key contributions in the areas of organization development, change management, talent growth and development and enhancing productivity. Sweety’s strength lies in out-of-the-box thinking, conceptualizing for faster adoption and ultimately execution that drives results.

Tim has responsibility for our Finance, IT and Operations Teams. Tim joined Alvaria in August 2021 and has over 25 years of experience as a C-Level executive in finance, accounting and operations. He has demonstrated consistent success in driving and managing profitable growth strategies in technology and other industries. Additionally, Tim has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience having led more than 20 purchase or sale transactions and has a deep background in capital markets, raising and managing both private and public debt and equity. He empowers his teams to execute against mutually established goals to drive outstanding outcomes.

Throughout a 25-year career, Steve has worked in a number of senior leadership roles at companies like Oracle, Xerox, TIBCO, and SAS. A graduate of St. Joseph's University, he holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati where he is an adjunct professor in the graduate Business / IS program. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife and four children.

David has been a technology leader for more than 20 years. He is responsible for software and cloud networking architectures across the entire Alvaria product set. He is an inventor and thought leader with nine core contact center technology patents issued during his tenure at the company. David is a problem-solver and attributes his success to spending more time collaborating with customers than tinkering in the lab.

Colleen leads the Alvaria Global Marketing Team and the development of leading-edge marketing and communication programs. Colleen has more than 15 years of experience across a variety of responsibilities in the contact center industry. Her experience gives her a unique perspective and the unconventional thinking necessary to deliver on the Alvaria Customer First vision. Colleen is passionate about making a positive impact, be it brainstorming innovative solutions, leading benchmarking and transformation workshops, spearheading Women In Technology (WIT) Initiatives or simply cultivating sincere relationships with employees and customers.
