As we were wrapping up ACE 2019 in Las Vegas – the last time we were able to hold an in-person ACE – Angela Zywiciel, Vice President of Global Education Services and I stood together on the stage announcing that ACE would be different the next time we were in person, offering more learning opportunities and the ability to leave the event with a certification in your hand. Little did we know at the time a global pandemic would prevent us from hosting a live event for the next two years. As we prepare for ACE 2022, we’re delivering the experience we promised. This year, ACE 2022 will focus on three different experiences:
The Student Experience is designed for managers, functional administrators, supervisors, team leads and subject matter experts to take full advantage of the Alvaria WEM Suite and Alvaria CX Suite features and leverage tools in the most efficient way possible through certification. Certified users will be more prepared to grow in their role and career. Perpetual training can help improve employee retention by as much as 70% and keep employees up-to-date with new technology and best practices, which ultimately improves customer satisfaction.
Alvaria Partners include channel partners, technology partners or independent software vendor partners around the world. Partners are a valuable part of the Alvaria global community, allowing our customers to choose to work through a trusted partner who may have a more convenient local presence, specialized subject-matter knowledge or specific technical expertise.
Partners may choose to attend the Partner Certification tracks to achieve Certified Seller status or the Product Technical Certification tracks to earn the Certified Associate status.
Partners may also choose to participate in the Business User Experience.
