We have had an amazing week at ACE 2021 Come Together! My team gathered in Las Vegas to put the finishing touches on the new Alvaria.com. If you haven’t had an opportunity to see what’s new, you’ll definitely want to check it out.
I thought I’d share the details related to the success of more than 2,000 attendees coming together:
On Monday, we announced the completion of the integration of Aspect and Noble Systems, creating a major unified force for innovation and growth in the customer experience and workforce engagement management industry.
Tuesday, we kicked off ACE with Lifetime Loyalty by the Numbers featuring Alvaria President & CEO Patrick Dennis. He shared the company’s business strategy, including the recent combination of Aspect and Noble Systems. Then he focused on the details behind our mission to help enterprise organizations build and nurture a customer experience that drives lifetime loyalty among their consumers.
Then we followed up with insight from Mary Wardley, Program Vice President, Customer Care and CRM, IDC. She gave her perspective of the outlook for customer experience. Later that day, we offered breakout sessions on boosting employee experience, creating effective agent workflows, driving compliance, scheduling for hybrid workforces, or moving to a cloud contact center.
Day two started with the product leadership team and I taking a deep dive into the Alvaria product roadmap including today's investments and our future directions. We also announced our new CX and WEM suites. These new solutions are designed to empower enterprise organizations to make the most of every customer and employee interaction and deliver world-class experiences.
After the announcement, we were treated to an incredible keynote session, Creating Loyalty in a Connected World, presented by loyalty and brand expert, former global Head of Digital for the Virgin Group, Alex Hunter.
Later in the day we hosted specific product deep dives and road maps as well as tips and tricks, giving attendees an even better understanding of the products they use every day.
We wrapped things up on Thursday with The State of Digital Transformation in the Contact Center –
featuring Nancy Jamison, Industry Director, Customer Experience Practice, Frost & Sullivan and regional user group meet and greets around the globe.
